Why You Should Stay at
the Summit Hotel
- Be in the center of activity: Enjoy quick and easy access to all functions associated with the Summit without worrying about transportation. Staying “within the block” also helps you keep connected with the informal activities and networking opportunities that occur at the hotel during the event.
- Double your networking opportunities: Have a greater chance of interacting with fellow attendees who are also staying at Summit hotels. Strike up conversations in the hotel lobby, the elevator or at the hotel gift shop and make valuable professional connections.
- Additional protection: Booking at conference hotels gives us the opportunity to assist you with any hotel problems you may experience while at the conference. When you choose other hotels, we have no contacts or leverage to help rectify a problem or inconvenience that you may encounter.
- Enjoy extended stay rates: Come in a few days early or stay a few days after the conference. The hotel will offer discounted rates based on availability.
- Update your reservation easily: We work with you to make sure your reservation is right.
- Enjoy safety and security: Your safety and well-being are top priorities to the hotels we've partnered with. Find out more about each hotel's safety precautions.
- Earn hotel rewards: Earn credit with your hotel loyalty program when you book with us.
- Keep overall event costs down: Staying at Summit hotels makes it possible to secure the space necessary for this event at a greatly reduced price, avoid penalties and keep event—and registration—costs down.

The official room block closed on March 29, 2023; however, hotel rooms sometimes open due to cancellations. We encourage you to use the pink “Reserve now” button to check availability. We are not maintaining a waiting list and we are not hosting a roommate program.
A deposit is not required when reserving a hotel room, however, a valid credit card is needed to guarantee your reservation. Credit cards must expire after the date of the event. Approximately two weeks prior to the Summit, your hotel may charge your credit card a deposit equal to one night's room charge plus tax. Reservation(s) not guaranteed are subject to cancellation.
A declined credit card may result in a canceled hotel reservation. Contact APS hotel services for more information.
If you made your reservation through APS, you may cancel it without penalty through March 29, 2023, via the link in your confirmation email or by calling onPeak at 855.992.3353.

You can change your reservation online or by emailing aps@onpeak.com.
Name changes and/or swapping of room reservations is not allowed.
Beginning March 30, 2023
Contact the hotel directly for date changes and room cancellations. Room availability is not guaranteed, and rates are at the hotel’s discretion. If you cancel your reservation directly with
the hotel, write down the date and time of your call, the name of the person with whom you spoke and your cancellation number.
Failure to check in at the hotel on your scheduled arrival day will result in forfeiture of your reservation and hotel deposit. The hotel will then accommodate you on a space available basis.
